New to Home Care? We’d Love to Help!

You can find answers to the most common questions here, but if you have other questions, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

What is Home Care?

Non-medical care is often referred to as “home care” or “personal care.” You may also hear the term ADL, or activities of daily living used in conjunction with these services.

How Much Does Home Care Cost?

Cost will vary based on the level of services needed for your loved one.  That number will be higher or lower depending on a variety of factors including the type, volume and frequency of services we provide for you. Please contact us for a free assessment.

What Are the Payment Options?
We accept cash, credit, and all major credit cards.
Are Your Caregivers Screened, Trained, and Insured?

All of our caregivers are W-2 employees. Before we hire them we engage in a very thorough screening and interviewing process. Our philosophy can be summed up this way: we wouldn’t send anyone in to your home that we wouldn’t send into our own homes to care for own loved ones.

Do You Only Provide Services in the Home or Can You Help Someone in a Facility or a Nursing Home?

We can provide services whenever and wherever you need us. For many people, that is in their own home or the home of a family member. For others, it may be an assisted living facility, nursing home, retirement community, or a hospital.
